Setup and breakdown services are available for select rentals and event designs. Standard delivery does not automatically include setup, styling, installation, room changes, or breakdown unless those services are listed in your agreement.

We make every effort to represent our collection accurately. However, colors may appear slightly different because of lighting, photography, screen settings, and natural variations between individual pieces. Floral and custom designs may also vary slightly based on availability while maintaining the approved style and color palette.

Please confirm the venue’s access hours, loading instructions, elevator availability, parking requirements, setup and breakdown times, décor restrictions, insurance requirements, and rules regarding candles, draping, walls, floors, and outdoor installations.

What should I do if it rains during my outdoor event?

Clients are responsible for providing a safe, covered backup location for outdoor rentals. Certain furniture, linens, décor, and specialty pieces cannot be exposed to rain, standing water, strong winds, or unsafe conditions. Nirvana Glo may decline or discontinue an installation when conditions could endanger people or damage the rentals.

What happens if my event date or venue changes?

Contact us as soon as possible. Date and venue changes are subject to availability and may result in revised delivery, labor, installation, or rental fees. Your reservation is not transferred until the change has been approved in writing.

How do I request a quote?

Browse our rental collection and add the items you’re interested in to your wishlist. Once you have made your selections, open the heart icon, enter your event information, and submit your request. We will review your selections, confirm availability, and send you a personalized quote.

How does the wishlist-to-quote process work?

Share your Wishlist and event needs. We use that information to build a tailored quote. To create a Wishlist, browse the product categories above and click “Add to Wishlist” for each item you love. Once you’ve finished, click the heart icon in the bottom-right corner of your screen to review your selections. Choose your event date, enter your contact information, venue information, and any additional event details, then submit your wishlist. We’ll confirm availability and send you a personalized quote as soon as possible.

Does submitting a wishlist reserve my rentals?

No. A wishlist is only a request for availability and pricing. Rentals are not reserved until your proposal has been approved, the rental agreement has been signed, and the required retainer has been paid.
